Actually it is stain from all the years the trees ( polin me thinks and gree tree sap ?? , so we got a 2200 PSI electric power washer to shine it back up to find if it needs paint but I think a pressure wash will do.

And we have the roof over deck and steps for both sides was a comple move of all attachments that came with it .

i think you could put a sign on the back "have house willl travel" :) or "my new mobile home"

need a door like on a aircraft that come out with steps

With my bad knees that would not work , it would be surgery time .

A 40 gallon 4500 watt electric water heater costed ... 600.00 US dollars . made me want to poop , I remember when contractor grade electric water heaters was 200.00 US .. WTH

@PaulC - We got temp steps and walk way now so no need for the airplane slide LOL . We used pallets that we had here for me to use as a scaffold , worked perfect :) .

We finally was able to get a new electric water heater and new indoor breaker box as the breaker box was only like 10 slots , which is not adaquit for the new appliances we have to add in , which is a electric water heater and electric range/oven .

We are going to run all new water lines ( newer pex ) as I am not fiddling with the older type pex so this will put the main water line system inside the house and not behind sheetrock of paneling , it will run across the middle of the interior exposed ( so it will not freeze like under the house ) until it is covered with a decrative trim like 1 1/2 inch half round or something .

Been a bit hectic lately as my wife went and got a newer SUV , traded in the 2016 Honda Odyssey with 180,xx miles on it for a 2022 Infinity QX80 with 72,xxx miles . So we can have reliable transpotation since the Honda was used a lot with my mother in law , it was a little sensitive to not have that reminder every time my wife drove it as her mother road with her on a lot of buying jewelery missions my wife re-sales .

It is getting better but it is very SSLLOOWW for sure LOL .
